VULCAIN BASCHMAKOFF AS2072 JUMP HOUR 1970's
Here is another Vulcain with a pure 1970's fashion statement. The large plated case with steel back is fitted with four screws to a mod band/strap very typical for the colorful years of the disco era. The movement is identical to the "Bullhead" with the high-grade AS2072 calibre. A problem will occur when the durable strap wears out completely as it will require some expertease of a beltmaker to have a new strap made from a piece of leather. This is not rocket-science but will cause concerns for most people. Once this watch will be worn once it will never again look NOS. The same movements and even watches were fitted with leather or steel straps branded with the highly sought after French label Lip Baschmakoff.
